All practitioners listed, promoted, or referred through IH4A operate as independent professionals.

Each practitioner is solely responsible for:

Their professional qualifications and registrations

Compliance with applicable laws and professional standards

Maintaining appropriate professional indemnity and public liability insurance

Clinical decision-making and treatment recommendations

Their own fees, payment arrangements, and cancellation policies

Maintaining their own client records

Handling complaints relating to their services

The practitioner's own Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy apply to the practitioner-client relationship.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information where requested

Review and comply with the practitioner's own terms and policies

Communicate respectfully with practitioners and IH4A staff

Notify practitioners of relevant changes in circumstances where appropriate

5. Referrals and Practitioner Listings

IH4A may provide practitioner referrals or maintain a practitioner directory.

Inclusion within the directory or referral system does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or warranty regarding a practitioner's competence, suitability, availability, or treatment outcomes.

Clients are responsible for deciding whether a practitioner is appropriate for their needs.

6. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Homeopathy and complementary healthcare approaches vary between individuals.

IH4A makes no representation or guarantee regarding:

Clinical outcomes

Symptom improvement

Recovery timelines

Suitability of any practitioner

Availability of appointments

Any information provided by IH4A is for educational and informational purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IH4A shall not be liable for:

Clinical decisions made by practitioners

Treatment outcomes

Advice provided by practitioners

Financial disputes between clients and practitioners

Losses arising from reliance upon information provided by practitioners

Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion would be unlawful.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

IH4A is committed to protecting personal information in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018, and other applicable privacy laws.

IH4A may collect and process personal information including contact information and, where necessary, limited health-related information for referral and service administration purposes.
