Fees and Payments: Practitioners are solely responsible for setting their fees, managing payment processes, and addressing any related enquiries or disputes.Service Delivery: The delivery of services, including consultations, remedy prescriptions, and follow-up care, is the responsibility of the individual practitioner.Complaints Procedures: Clients are required to address any concerns or complaints about services directly with the practitioner involved, following their respective complaints procedures.Insurance Cover: Practitioners operate under their own insurance coverage and are responsible for holding valid insurance appropriate for the areas in which they practise.Terms and Conditions: Clients engaging with a practitioner are subject to the practitioner’s own terms and conditions, which take precedence during the client-practitioner relationship.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to the following:

Disclosure: Provide accurate and complete information during consultations to enable effective care.Engagement: Adhere to the practitioner’s terms and conditions, including attendance at scheduled sessions and timely communication.Complaints Resolution: Direct complaints regarding services to the practitioner as outlined in Section 3.

IH4A acts solely as a connecting platform and holds no liability for the actions, decisions, or outcomes associated with individual practitioners. We do not provide medical advice, guarantee the efficacy of treatments, or assume any responsibility for practitioners’ compliance with professional or legal requirements.

6. Code of Conduct

Practitioners and clients are expected to interact with mutual respect and professionalism. IH4A reserves the right to terminate access to our platform for breaches of this code, including abusive behaviour or unethical practice.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

IH4A and its affiliated practitioners are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of client information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and professional standards. For specific privacy practices, refer to the practitioner’s privacy policy.

8. Amendments to Terms
